PAYMENT
Payments are processed through Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. Paypal accept credit or debit cards and bank account payments.
Cheques are accepted for UK customers only. Please email your order to orders@zarataylor.co.uk
If you pay by cheque or Paypal echeque your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. This can take up to 10 days.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Orders can be sent Worldwide.
Orders are dispatched within 2 - 4 days depending on busy periods but if you need your order sent sooner please leave a note at checkout.
You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time varies in each country:
UK 1st Class Royal Mail - 1 - 2 days
Worldwide Airmail - 3 - 5 days
International Signed For option is highly recommended for a faster and safer delivery. ITALY, NETHERLANDS and BRAZIL can only be sent by International Signed For delivery due to issues with the postal service in these countries.
RETURNS
It is very important that you are happy with your purchase but if for some reason you would like a refund or exchange please email your full name and reason to returns@zarataylor.co.uk
Earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please check measurements before purchasing. If you would like a different length shown please leave a note at checkout. There might be an extra charge depending on length and if you decide on a different length after your order arrives I can make alterations but with a £5 charge.
